Description
The machine is equipped with an electric control system, which can monitor and adjust the gap, running speed and length of the slotted pipes at any time without stopping.
The CNC system controls the servo motor to drive the ball screw, and the support plate connects with the linear guide to move the welding gap according to the instructions and ensure the uniformity of the welding gap.
The touch screen with adjustable height makes the modification and display of the equipment parameters convenient, intuitive and simple.
Our machine can produce slotted well filters for oil, water and gas wells. Slotted well pipes are used in the extraction and processing of oil, gas, in water intake wells to clean the fluid extracted from the formation from formation sand and other foreign impurities.
