Description

The machine is equipped with an electric control system, which can monitor and adjust the gap, running speed and length of the slotted pipes at any time without stopping.

The CNC system controls the servo motor to drive the ball screw, and the support plate connects with the linear guide to move the weld gap according to the instructions and ensure the uniformity of the weld gap.

The touch screen with adjustable height makes the modification and display of the equipment parameters convenient, intuitive and simple.

The machine's capabilities include winding the filter element onto a base pipe with pre-installed stringers, with tension, production efficiency is significantly increased.

Our direct winding machine can weld wire filter elements on the surface of perforated steel casing pipe, which is used in the operation of oil and gas field wells and water intake.
